No idea what a 'wanna' is but you need to ask this question in Japanese on the Japanese section of the site. Be sure to include details like your present legal status in Japan. I cannot imagine that there is such a thing as a public boarding school and you are definitely too young to be living away from home. Explain your issue and ask them for suggestions.
